Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in Euro (€) unless otherwise specified.

Limitation of Liability

While Aetèra Studio provides services with professional care and expertise, results may vary depending on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, client implementation, and third-party platforms.

Aetèra Studio shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services or materials.

Third-Party Collaborators

Where projects require the involvement of external collaborators such as designers, developers, or photographers, Aetèra Studio may coordinate and creatively direct such parties.

Responsibility for third-party performance will be governed by the specific project agreement.

Confidentiality

Both Aetèra Studio and the client agree to treat sensitive business information shared during the course of a project as confidential, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from services provided by Aetèra Studio shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
